Role Description: This is a Real Estate Broker role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The Real Estate Broker will prospect and engage potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, guiding residential and commercial transactions. Daily tasks include conducting market research and property evaluations, listing and marketing properties, arranging and hosting showings, and preparing and reviewing offers, agreements, and related documentation. The role involves negotiating terms on behalf of clients, coordinating with internal brokerage staff and external stakeholders (such as lawyers, mortgage professionals, and inspectors), and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The broker will also maintain detailed client records, provide ongoing client support, and contribute to the brokerage’s overall sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in real estate and real property, including residential, commercial, leasing, and pre-construction transactions.
• Background in brokerage operations, with an understanding of transaction management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in Ontario.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage client expectations, and close transactions effectively.
• Active real estate broker or salesperson license in good standing with the appropriate provincial regulatory body (e.g., RECO) or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, document handling, and virtual client interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by client needs.
• Previous brokerage or real estate sales experience in the Greater Toronto Area is an asset; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
