Responsibilities
l Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
l Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
l Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
l Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
l Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
l Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
l Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
l Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
l Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements And Skills
l Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
l Proven sales track record.
l Experience in customer support is a plus.
l Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
l Proficiency in English.
l Market knowledge.
l Communication and negotiation skills.
l Ability to build rapport.
l Time management and planning skills.
l BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field.
l Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
l Should have at least 4 years of experience.
