Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager

Job Overview

We are working with a growing organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Finance Manager to support financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.

This role will partner closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving business performance through data-driven insights.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and data visualization techniques for stakeholders at all levels.
• Support auditing processes by ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decision-making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and business cases
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization

Experience

• 4–8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong expertise in business intelligence tools including Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Access for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting software platforms and auditing procedures to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Demonstrated research capabilities combined with excellent analysis skills in investment banking or financial services sectors.
• CPA / CFA (or progress toward) is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,491.02-$105,590.92 per year
