Midstream Operations and Maintenance Manager

The operations & maintenance manager is responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of Jay Bee's natural gas midstream assets, including compressor stations, pipelines, and associated processing and control systems.

This role leads field operations and maintenance activities, provides day to day operational decision making and ensures equipment performance, system reliability and regulatory compliance. the manager partners closely with leadership to optimize uptime, improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement across midstream ops.

manager will oversee daily operations, troubleshoot issues, maintain high standards of site housekeeping and operational readiness.

manage inventory of consumables, parts and critical equipment.

manage, support, coach and lead field operations and techs and support inspections, maintenance and field activities.

5+ years of experience preferred in midstream operations, compression and gas gathering as well as meeting the physical requirements of the job.

Pay: $49,851.68 - $60,036.43 per year
