B-Pressure Hand Welders are needed for the IOL Kearl Maintenance project in Fort Mackay, Alberta, recruited by Jardeg for Heartland Constructors. This is a temporary, full-time, on-site role with a 14/14 rotation, offering camp accommodations and charter flights from Calgary or Edmonton. Ideal candidates will have strong stainless and TIG experience, plant maintenance background, and a safety-first mindset.

What You’ll Need

• Journeyperson or Inter-Provincial Red Seal Certification
• Valid B Pressure Welding Certificate (current within 6 months)
• Standard First Aid (Level A or C)
• ESC Fall Protection, ESC MEWP, ESC Confined Space
• Basic Rigging (In-person course)
• Satisfactory Drug & Alcohol Test
• Mask Fit Test
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License
• Other safety tickets and orientations as required
• Current welding tickets: F3/F4 – SMAW/SMAW, F6 – FCAW, F6/F5 -GTAW/SMAW, Arctec 661T – SMAW -CCO, Arctec W1063 – FCAW – CCO, CWB – SMAW – CS – S-Class, CWB – FCAW – CS – S-Class, CWB – SMAW – CS – T-Class (preferred), CWB – SMAW – CS - 10 Ga to 3 mm (preferred), F6-GTAW

What Will Make You Stand Out
