Role Description

Jana Small Finance Bank is seeking a full-time Premier Relationship Manager/Exclusive Relationship Manager/NR Relationship Manager to join our team in Madgaon. This on-site role involves managing and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and non-resident clients. Key responsibilities include providing financial planning services, cross-selling products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a superior customer experience. The role also requires analyzing customer needs to offer tailored solutions, achieving business targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in client relationship management, with a focus on high-value clients and non-resident customers
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, loans, and insurance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
• Experience in banking, financial services, or wealth management is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM and banking software
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet business growth objectives
• Must have Banking Experience of Atleast 5 years.
