Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Management Coordinator to plan and execute events smoothly. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure successful events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as corporate meetings, conferences, and social events
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure all event activities run smoothly and resolve any issues during the event
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in event planning or coordination (preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
