Key Responsibilities

End-to-end management of fleet operations including deployment, routing, utilization and maintenance scheduling
Monitor performance, uptime, and fuel efficiency of vehicles/equipment
Prepare and maintain fleet MIS including cost tracking, repairs, spares and rentals
Coordinate with project heads for site-level fleet requirements and movement planning
Vendor management for spares, repair workshops, consumables and rentals
Ensure compliance with transportation norms, load norms and statutory requirements
Standardize preventive maintenance and breakdown response protocols
Optimize fleet lifecycle costs and evaluate replacement strategies
Implementation of GPS/telemetrics and digital tracking systems wherever applicable
Build and manage an internal workshop team including mechanics, operators and service technicians

Candidate Profile

10–20+ years of relevant experience in fleet, equipment or logistics operations
Experience must be of handling / managing company owned fleet. (at least 75+ vehicles)
Experience managing distributed fleet across multiple locations preferred
Ability to manage large operator workforce (drivers, operators, technicians)

Pay: From ₹90,000.00 per month
