Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – International
Role Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative – International is responsible for managing international client communication, handling sales processes, and ensuring smooth execution of export orders from inquiry to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international sales inquiries via email, calls, and online platforms
- Actively call international customers for lead generation, product introduction, and business development
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and existing clients for inquiries, quotations, and order closure
- Generate and manage overseas leads
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial offers
- Create and process sales orders in coordination with internal teams
- Handle and track sample orders (dispatch, feedback follow-up, conversion to final orders)
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for export orders
- Maintain relationships with international clients and distributors
- Follow up on payments, shipments, and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COA, etc.)
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reports
- Conduct market research for new international opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Confidence in international calling and client handling
- Excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of export process & documentation
- Good coordination and multi-tasking ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
