Luxury Store Manager

As a potential candidate for the position at Jaipur Rugs, your role will involve the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for in Store Client experience, Servicing, Sales, VM
• Ensure excellent client experience and foster long-term relationships
• Spearhead Operations and Administrative work, including maintaining updated accounting & financial information, handling manpower, and managing vendor relationships
• Logistics management, including facilitating and recording the movement of rugs and store inventory
• Maintain necessary documents and ensure task execution
• Monitor and manage the company's assets, stocks, and inventory
• Handle incoming calls and follow up on important emails
• Prepare and share documents such as Proforma Invoice, Price Quotation, and Sales Reports
• Generate Sales Reports

Qualifications required for this role:

• Proven experience as a retail manager or in other managerial positions
• Knowledge of retail management best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills with commercial awareness
