Senior Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop women’s western wear collections in woven and knitwear categories.
• Research fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes relevant to the target market.
• Create mood boards, concept boards, and seasonal themes.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, sketches, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with the sampling, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Follow up on samples and make necessary corrections.
• Ensure designs are aligned with cost, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Work closely with vendors for fabric, trims, and embellishment sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in women’s western wear (woven & knitwear).
• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, garment construction, and trends.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
