What You Will Do
- Plan and execute the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate the design, creation, and timely publishing of social media creatives, videos, and campaign assets.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate product updates, customer stories, and company initiatives into engaging social content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth, providing regular insights and recommendations.
- Conceptualize and execute creative, low-cost, high-impact guerrilla marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness.
- Identify unconventional marketing opportunities, partnerships, and community engagement activities.
- Lead end-to-end coordination of company events, seminars, roundtables, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Manage attendee outreach through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and partner networks to maximize registrations and attendance.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and event dashboards.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Social Media Management, or Growth Marketing, preferably with AI tools
