Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Raipur. The Sales Operations Specialist will manage and optimize the sales workflow, develop sales strategies, provide support to the sales team, coordinate with customers, and ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for process improvement and growth, while maintaining excellent customer service and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills to drive and enhance business growth
• Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to track and interpret sales performance data for process improvement
• Problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to address challenges and seize opportunities
• Proficient in using sales tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales and operations, especially in the steel trading or related industry, is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
