Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing leads integrated marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth for Buca di Beppo. This role oversees creative, PR, social media, influencer campaigns, and merchandising to ensure a cohesive, high-impact brand presence across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrated Brand Leadership: Develop and execute cohesive marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, in-restaurant, and experiential channels; ensure consistent brand voice and translate business goals into traffic-driving initiatives.
• Agency Management: Lead external creative from briefing through execution; manage budgets, timelines, and creative performance while ensuring high-quality, on-brand output.
• Content, Social & Influencer: Oversee social strategy and content development; drive influencer partnerships and ensure alignment with broader campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
• Public Relations & Communications: Lead PR strategy, manage press materials, events, and reputation management.
• Merchandising & Brand Extensions: Develop and launch branded point-of-purchase merchandise including menus, table pieces, posters, etc.
• Coordinator Function Leadership (CRM & Local Marketing): Oversee and guide the marketing coordinator function responsible for CRM campaigns and local store marketing; set priorities, improve workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
• 6–10+ years of experience in brand marketing ideally in restaurant, hospitality, or retail brands
• Proven success managing agencies and integrated campaigns
• Strong expertise in social, influencer, and media relations
• Experience managing small team of direct reports
