- Proven experience in dental office management within a dental or healthcare setting with strong supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures, including treatment coordination and patient communication
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as , Dentrix, is highly preferred, training available
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and practice management software effectively
- Background in medical administrative support
- Prior experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment with excellent human resources skills
