We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at our newly renovated Giambalvo Kia Mitsubishi dealership. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.

What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every guest receives a professional, transparent, and positive experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally from arrival through vehicle delivery
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service requests
• Create, manage, and monitor repair orders throughout the service process
• Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow between customers, technicians, and the service department
• Communicate service recommendations, estimates, repair progress, and completion timelines
• Obtain customer authorization for recommended repairs and maintenance services
• Educate customers on manufacturerrecommended maintenance and vehicle care
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, approvals, and repair history
• Review completed repair orders and invoices for accuracy
• Assist in achieving departmental sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty requirements and dealership procedures
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and followup

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 23 years of automotive service advisor experience
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationshipbuilding skills
• Ability to effectively explain technical information to customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dealership service advisor experience
• Kia, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, or import brand experience
• Knowledge of manufacturer warranty processes
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and service sales success
