Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business
objectives
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing)
- Drive brand positioning and messaging across global markets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support growth
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using marketing analytics tools
- Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing / digital marketing / growth roles
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing (preferred)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and campaign tools
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Criteria
- Europe-based candidates preferred (client requirement)
- Female candidates preferred for this role
- Experience working in remote or international teams
- Exposure to AI, technology, or digital transformation is a plus
