Job Title: Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst

Location: Onsite (Calgary, AB)
Job Summary
The NOC Analyst provides first-level operational support for enterprise network infrastructure. The role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure network stability and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure using approved monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
- Create and manage incidents and service requests in the ITSM system with accurate documentation.
- Perform initial troubleshooting of network connectivity, device, and performance issues.
- Escalate incidents to Tier 2/3 teams and track through resolution.
- Handle inbound support calls professionally and provide clear communication during outages.
- Monitor shared queues, dashboards, and mailboxes to ensure no issues are missed.
- Support planned maintenance and change activities.
- Work in a 24x7 shift-based environment and ensure proper shift handovers.
