8–10 years of overall IT experience
3–4 years of experience specifically in Data Testing / Data Quality Engineering
Technical Skills
Strong experience with ETL and Database Testing
Hands-on experience in Data Migration and Report Validation
Expertise in GCP BigQuery, including writing and executing complex SQL queries
Proficiency in Python and PySpark
Experience testing Big Data environments
Strong understanding and ability to write complex SQL queries
Role Description & Responsibilities
Act as a Big Data Quality Engineer supporting multiple data testing initiatives
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Big Data and ETL pipelines
Perform ETL testing, database testing, data migration validation, and report validation
Write and execute BigQuery SQL queries and analyze results for data accuracy and completeness
Assist in building and implementing high-quality test strategies aligned with design specifications, standards, and user requirements
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment
Validate data across systems to ensure integrity, consistency, and compliance with requirements
Essential Skills
Strong background in Big Data QA/QE
Passion for Property & Casualty (PC) Insurance domain
Ability to work effectively in an Agile testing model
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent understanding of data quality principles and validation techniques, Project Code :
