Job Description
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer with hands-on AEM as a Cloud Service experience to support a digital commerce team at a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate brings strong CI/CD pipeline ownership, infrastructure-as-code expertise, and a solid understanding of deployment governance in a regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager across development, staging, and production environments
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows with version-controlled, auditable infrastructure deployments aligned to enterprise security and change management standards
- Manage secrets, certificates, environment configuration, content backups, and restore procedures for AEM as a Cloud Service
- Collaborate with engineering, SRE, and security teams on release readiness, go-live controls, incident prevention, and operational monitoring
- Define and promote DevOps best practices, developer tooling standards, and continuous delivery improvements
- Support environment provisioning, capacity management, scaling strategies, and platform uptime obligations
- Ensure all pipeline activities comply with internal security policies, governing regulations, and audit requirements
What You Bring
- 5+ years in DevOps or platform engineering with hands-on experience in CI/CD tools, Git-based branching, and scripting in Bash, Python, or similar
- Hands-on experience operating AEM as a Cloud Service via Adobe Cloud Manager
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible and containerized workload management
- Strong understanding of cloud environments across GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Manager pipeline structure, environment types, and Adobe-specific deployment constraints
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling for cloud-hosted web platforms
- Clear understanding of deployment governance and auditable release processes in regulated environments
Nice to have
- Experience supporting digital commerce platforms in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with Adobe Marketing technology components beyond AEM
- Exposure to SRE practices and platform reliability engineering
Work setup
- Hybrid in Toronto, ON 3 days onsite per week
- 6 to 12 month contract
