Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, hydrafacial and individual client needs.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application with precision and care.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment benefits to promote ongoing skin health.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with infection control protocols.
• Uphold strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Assist clients with product sales by explaining features and benefits to enhance their skincare regimen.
• Stay current on industry trends such as color theory, tattooing, and esthetic laser treatments to continually refine your skills.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control procedures.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetics from an accredited program; valid state licensing required.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for accurate record keeping.
• Technical skills in tattooing, dermabrasion, or medical laser treatments are a plus.
• Proficiency in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Ability to educate clients on skincare products and services effectively while demonstrating sales skills.
