Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team on-site in Owings Mills, MD. The role involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will actively contribute to generating revenue by achieving sales goals and supporting account management strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Account Management, including building and nurturing client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
