Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter – Facilities to handle end-to-end recruitment for facility management roles such as housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and other support staff. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and ensuring timely manpower fulfillment as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for facilities and support staff positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, consultancies, and field recruitment activities.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with operations and department managers.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and document verification.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Maintain employee database and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
• Coordinate with operations teams regarding manpower requirements and deployment updates.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in facilities or manpower hiring.
