Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Construction Manager for a greenfield water treatment and bottling plant project at a coal mine site in Odisha. The role will lead on-site civil construction activities, monitor daily progress, ensure schedule and quality compliance, and manage interfaces with package vendors including water treatment, bottling, utilities, and infrastructure suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor all civil construction works at site
- Track daily progress and submit regular progress reports
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and package vendors
- Manage site interfaces for civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility packages
- Ensure compliance with project schedule, quality, and HSE standards
- Resolve construction and vendor coordination issues
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- 10+ years of industrial/project site construction experience
- Experience in water treatment, bottling, mining, or industrial plant projects
- Strong reporting, vendor coordination, and site execution skills
Location: Odisha (Coal Mine Project Site)
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
