Job Requirement – Event Management Specialist (US Clients)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 2–5 years
Shift: US Shift / Rotational (including weekend/on-call support)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Event Management professional to handle end-to-end coordination of events for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shift timings aligned to US operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events for US clients
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Manage event logistics, scheduling, and communications
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshooting
- Ensure high-quality client experience and timely delivery
Required Skills
- Prior experience managing events for US clients
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work in US/rotational shifts
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with event tools/platforms is a plus
Preferred
- Experience in corporate events / webinars / conferences
- Exposure to offshore client handling
