Job Overview
The Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising, email marketing, lifecycle automation, funnel optimization, SEO, and performance reporting. Working closely with the Marketing Team Leader, this role will help identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and implement data-driven marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Performance Marketing
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, conversion, and return on investment.
- Assist with audience targeting, retargeting, testing initiatives, and campaign optimization.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve marketing performance and customer growth.
Lifecycle Marketing & Customer Retention
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, automations, and customer flows.
- Build and improve welcome series, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase sequences, win-back campaigns, and retention initiatives.
- Support customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing efforts.
- Monitor customer engagement and retention metrics.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Assist with implementation and optimization of customer acquisition and retention funnels.
- Support landing page development and conversion-focused website improvements.
- Identify customer journey friction points and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate on testing and optimization initiatives to improve conversion rates.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor and report on key marketing performance indicators.
- Analyze campaign, website, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain organized reporting and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support data-driven decision-making across marketing initiatives.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and implementation of SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with external SEO partners and internal teams to improve organic search performance.
- Assist with optimization of website content, blogs, and product pages.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Campaign Support & Collaboration
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Assist with creation of marketing assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team Leader to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and business priorities.
- Support ongoing marketing projects and day-to-day execution activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Relevant work or internship experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, paid media, email marketing, SEO, or related areas.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, Omnisend, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with email automation, customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and SEO best practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in e-commerce, consumer products, health, or wellness industries is considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
