As a Real Estate Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact training programs for real estate advisors, brokers, and sales teams. Your role will involve coaching individuals to achieve top performance by imparting industry knowledge and enhancing their skills.

- Conduct webinars, workshops, and field training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, training, or coaching.
- Strong understanding of residential & commercial real estate, channel sales/broker networks, and digital marketing for real estate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable training modules.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
