RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer and maintain computer networks
- Implement and migrate servers and network infrastructures
- Answer user calls to support multiple infrastructure and software
- Diagnose infrastructure, network or software failure quickly
- Use remote troubleshooting tools, scripts, and automation software to resolve remote issues faster
- Intervene for problems affecting the client's infrastructure, such as Vmware, Hyper-v, Terminal Server, Remote App, GPO, Active directory, Router, Firewall Watchguard, Cisco and Meraki
