Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Video Editor will work closely with directors, photographers, and the creative team to assemble, edit, and refine video content for weddings, events, advertising, and social media. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and reviewing footage, selecting the best takes, creating narrative flow, adding transitions, titles, and basic motion graphics, and performing color correction and sound alignment. The role also involves collaborating on visual concepts, adapting edits based on feedback, ensuring brand consistency, and exporting deliverables in required formats and resolutions. The Video Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including timeline management, storytelling, and working with multiple formats and codecs.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance mood, consistency, and overall visual impact across different projects.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for titles, lower-thirds, simple animations, and visually engaging overlays.
• Hands-on experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
• Good understanding of sound design basics, including syncing audio, using music tracks, and applying audio effects and levels.
• Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to maintain quality under tight timelines.
• Ability to collaborate in a creative team, take constructive feedback, and communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Prior experience in wedding, event, advertising, or entertainment video editing is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and portfolio.
• Availability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and flexibility

Pay: ₹10,221.96 - ₹25,898.27 per month
