As we continue to scale, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Plan Technician to join our field services team.

Role Overview

The Floor Planner is responsible for measuring accurate, clean, and MLS-ready floor plans for residential properties including condos, townhomes, and detached houses. This role is critical in delivering consistent, high-quality marketing materials to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements of residential properties (or work from scans if applicable) using AutoCAD software
• Produce 2D floor plans with accurate dimensions and layouts
• Ensure all floor plans meet our company standards and client expectations
• Label rooms, fixtures, and key features clearly and consistently
• Deliver completed floor plans within required turnaround times (typically 24hours)
• Collaborate with photographers and operations team for scheduling and workflow coordination
• Maintain organized file management and version control
• Able to answer client questions onsite

Requirements

• Experience creating residential floor plans (1–2+ years preferred)
• Proficiency with floor planning tools such as:
• CubiCasa
• iGUIDE
• Matterport
• AutoCAD or similar software
• Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site roles)
• Familiarity with Vancouver real estate standards and MLS requirements is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in real estate media or with real estate agents
• Knowledge of property types common in Vancouver (condos, laneway homes, duplexes)
• Ability to handle rush requests and tight turnaround times
• Basic understanding of photography workflows is a plus
• Time management skills and weekend availability
