Purpose of the Job
To manage the payment section
Job Responsibilities
Able to synchronise the payment activities such as invoice processing, payment, vendor master complying the internal regulation as well as statutory requirements
Review & respond to the invoice and voucher query on a daily basis to ensure all Invoices / queries are addressed as per the guidelines
Updating of Process documentation such as payment process checklist, Annual TDS chart etc
Clear understanding about the GST,TDS so that periodical compliances are adhered such as 2A reconciliation, TDS payable reconciliation etc
Be aware of TDS applicable on Service expense incurred in foreign currency
Perform vendor reconciliaiton and take necesary action.
Support Audit and ensure timely response and submittion of documentation to auditors
Involve in automation and process improvement initiatives
Good in communication & email etiquettes
Soft skill in Tally,MS Office and any other ERP exposure is advantageous

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree
Skill Competencies : Accounts knowledge
