Location: Watson Lake OverviewJob Title: Production Support EngineerMode of Work: Hybrid (4 days onsite)Client: Iris Software Inc. with one of the leading Banking clients.If you are interested, please share your updated resume.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day production support for mission-critical applications and systems running on Linux/Unix environments, ensuring high availability and performance.Monitor system health, analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and infrastructure.Collaborate with business leaders to determine how technology can best enable growth and success, ensuring scalable domain-driven solutions, operational resiliency, and adherence to best practices.QualificationsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal. Able to critically evaluate and manage information gathered from multiple sources.Proven competence in delivering and supporting large and highly complex projects.
