<p><strong>Purpose</strong></p> <p>The Account Coordinator plays a foundational role in supporting account management across a dynamic, high-profile client engagement. This position is responsible for ensuring strong day-to-day operations, organization, and execution across projects – helping the team deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>This role offers hands-on exposure to the full advertising process, with opportunities to contribute across integrated workstreams including creative, production, and experiential, within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support client team in day-to-day client management activities</li> <li>Coordinate project timelines, creative deliverables, and internal review processes working closely with Project Management where possible&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare client-facing materials including status reports, meeting agendas, and presentations</li> <li>Maintain meticulous project documentation in agency management systems</li> <li>Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to the team</li> <li>Help track competitive activity and identify industry trends</li> <li>Assist with developing client presentations and other presentation materials&nbsp;</li> <li>Support the activation process by coordinating schedules and deliverables</li> <li>Help monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare analytics reports</li> <li>Develop a thorough understanding of clients' business, industry, and marketing objectives</li> <li>Anticipate client and team needs to proactively address potential issues</li> <li>Maintain and uphold “brilliant basics” across all account operations - ensuring organization, accuracy, and follow-through across deliverables</li> <li>Support planning and execution of experiential activations, including events, partnerships, and large-scale brand moments (e.g., automotive and luxury lifestyle events)</li> <li>Assist in managing event logistics including timelines, vendor coordination, run-of-show documents, and on-site support as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Competencies</strong></p> <p><strong><em>Written Communications</em></strong>. There may also be a more senior or junior position available that could be a better fit with your expertise.
