In terms of qualifications, you should have:

• 2-6 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise/corporate networks.
• Graduation in any stream.
• CCNA certification is mandatory, while CCNP certification is an added advantage.

Your technical skills should include a strong understanding of OSI & TCP/IP models, hands-on troubleshooting experience with Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, ACI, firewalls, and F5 load balancers. Additionally, familiarity with ITIL practices and experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools is required. It is preferred that you have worked in an MNC environment and have experience with large-scale enterprise network infrastructure.
