Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused Inbound Customer Service Representative to handle participant queries, provide accurate event information, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails from participants
- Provide complete information about events, registrations, schedules, and policies
- Assist customers with registration issues, payments, and event-related queries
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) for quick resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and experience
Requirements
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in at least one South Indian language (mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, email, Excel, WhatsApp handling)
- Patience and customer-first attitude
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
