Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Marketing Representative to join our team on-site in Sterling, VA.

This role involves engaging directly with homeowners in local communities to introduce basic information about solar and set appointments for a more detailed consultation with our sales team.

Key responsibilities include generating leads through in-person conversations, maintaining a professional presence in the field, and accurately representing the purpose of the visit. The Field Marketing Representative will work closely with the team to support consistent appointment setting and overall business growth.
