Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented People Development Specialist to support the People Team. This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud’s mission by delivering impactful onboarding, learning, and development programs aligned to business priorities and career pathways, with a strong focus on regional delivery in India.

The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, trusted partner—capable of managing learning programs, collaborating across teams, and maintaining high standards of learner experience, scalability, and operational excellence.

Customer Centric

  • Facilitate and coordinate onboarding and core learning programs for employees in India, including LEAP and tailored development experiences
  • Partner with stakeholders in India to ensure learning programs are relevant, scalable, and aligned to local needs and time zones
  • Support manager enablement and mentorship initiatives by delivering coaching, feedback, and development resources
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and development across the organization

Drives Efficiency

  • Support administration of learning systems, including course assignments, communications, and reporting
  • Coordinate regulatory and compliance learning, including required training assignments and completion tracking
  • Gather feedback and analyze participation data to recommend improvements and measure program effectiveness
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to streamline learning operations, improve content delivery, and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency

Takes Ownership

  • Partner with the global People Team to deliver role-based learning that supports career growth, performance, and internal mobility
  • Create, localize, and maintain training content, facilitator guides, job aids, and employee-facing resources across platforms
  • Help operationalize AI learning by supporting AI competency framework rollouts and aligning learning to evolving business needs
  • Coordinate onboarding and development program execution end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in learning and development, talent development, or enablement
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience leading virtual and in-person training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships across HR, managers, and business stakeholders
  • Experience creating or updating learning materials, job aids, and program content
  • Ability to track participation, feedback, and program effectiveness using data
  • Experience working in learning platforms and HR systems; Workday and LMS experience preferred
