We are seeking a dynamic Social Media and PR Manager to lead our online presence and manage public relations efforts. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, building brand awareness, managing media relationships, and maintaining a positive public image across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media and PR Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Monitor trends and audience engagement to optimize performance
• Manage comments, messages, and community interactions
• Analyze metrics and prepare performance reports
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and influencers
• Coordinate media coverage, interviews, and press events
• Monitor brand mentions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Proven experience in social media management and PR
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
