Role Description

InterLand Development, a Chatham, NJ-based development company seeks a talented executive with proven high rise execution experience, i.e. design, finance, construction, and marketing, to be a hands-on leader of multi-family development and land-holding real estate business. Reporting to the general partner and board of directors, this individual will manage all aspects of both large-scale Metropolitan-area developments, as well as other projects within the firm’s multi-state portfolio. Work with a lean, dedicated team and top industry partners committed to sustainable and enduring quality. Demonstrated success in the planning, engineering, construction management, and start-up of marquee New York projects at the 200–400-unit level is required. The successful candidate, possibly an architect by training, will be passionate about innovative design, possess a rigorous product-delivery focus, and have desire to be recognized in the accessible-luxury and workforce housing markets. Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required; MBA and / or AIA degree is preferred
• Prior experience in a senior leadership role within the real estate industry is highly desirable
