Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The successful candidate will handle lease negotiations, tenant representation, sales, and brokerage services while building and maintaining relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include conducting property evaluations, marketing commercial properties, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with clients to meet their real estate objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
