Additional Info : Partnership Lead Ai Voice Bots (On-Site). Manage Collaboration With Ai Bot Partner, Ensure Quality, Performance, And Timely Delivery. Monitor Voice Bot Accuracy, Test Conversation Flows, Track Metrics, And Drive Improvements. Coordinate With Internal Teams And Partner For Optimization And Better User Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
