A highly regarded real estate private equity fund with a significant India AUM is looking to bring on a Vice President to drive its investment agenda across core and value-add opportunities in commercial office and industrial/warehousing segments.

About the Role

This is a principal-level mandate — you will lead deals end-to-end, manage LP relationships, and contribute meaningfully to fund strategy.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end deal origination, underwriting, and closing
• Construction and ownership of complex Excel models — IRRs, equity multiples, cash flow waterfalls, sensitivity analyses
• Deconstruction and critical review of third-party developer models
• GP-level quarterly business plans and board-level presentations
• Coordination with legal, tax, technical, and commercial DD advisors
• Investment committee presentations and post-acquisition monitoring dashboards

Qualifications

• 10+ years across real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional investing
• Hands-on command of real estate financial modelling and deal structuring
• Experience with fund documentation — PPM, term sheets, investor materials
• MBA (Finance) or CA from a premier institution; CFA designation preferred
