Role Overview:

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting key accounting functions by preparing, coordinating, and reviewing financial accounting activities. Your role involves accurate and timely reporting, supporting month-end close, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and manage financial data using Excel and advanced Excel tools.
• Prepare, post, and review journal entries for accurate financial transaction recognition.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Analyze financial transactions and variances, recommending solutions.
• Prepare accurate cash forecasting statements.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and assist in internal and external audits.
• Ensure all accounting data is accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant standards.
• Maintain proficiency in financial systems, including Tally and other desktop applications.
• Independently manage accounting close responsibilities efficiently.
• Stay updated on financial accounting and regulatory requirements.

Qualification Required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Experience in journal entries, reconciliations, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and data flows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Working knowledge of TDS accounting and salary payable processes.
