Vice President Renewable project

Job Title: VC Project – Renewable Energy Experience: 15-30 Years Job Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full Time Location: Ahmedabad Reports to: CEO Experience: 25+ years (with 5+ years in senior leadership) Sector Focus: Solar, Wind, Hybrid, BESS Core Responsibilities - Lead end‐to‐end project lifecycle: concept → commissioning.

• Develop strategies, budgets, timelines, risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, grid, and environmental standards.
• Provide interim oversight of EPC vertical until permanent head is appointed.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams; manage vendors & contractors.
• Control CAPEX/OPEX, negotiate contracts, and liaise with authorities/investors. Must‐Have Qualifications - Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil); Master's preferred.
• Proven track record in large‐scale renewable projects (solar/wind/hybrid/BESS).
• Strong EPC contracting knowledge, vendor management, and compliance expertise.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage budgets and negotiations.
