We are looking for a highly driven Senior Recruiter to lead bulk hiring for international voice processes. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing high-volume candidates, managing fast TATs, and delivering quality hires in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk hiring (International Voice Process roles)
- Handle high-volume hiring targets (50–200+ hires/month)
- Source candidates through:
- Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Walk-ins, campus drives, and vendor networks
- Conduct initial screening interviews (voice clarity, accent, fluency, communication skills)
- Coordinate interviews with operations and stakeholders
- Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) and meet hiring SLAs
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Drive walk-in campaigns, referral drives, and bulk hiring events
- Handle offer negotiation, rollout, and onboarding coordination
- Track hiring metrics such as conversion ratios, drop-offs, and closures
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Key Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in bulk / volume hiring
- Strong experience hiring for International Voice / BPO roles
- Expertise in communication and accent screening
