Integrated Openings Solutions, LLC (“IOS”) is a commercial and architectural openings solutions company. We provide industry leading commercial doors and hardware products and services to help make buildings smart, aesthetically pleasing, code compliant and sustainable.
Job Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.
Duties/Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Provides clerical support with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, running credit card payments, posting deposits, applying funds, and preparing documents.
· Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
· Sent up customers in company system
· Complete acknowledgements by ensuring orders received by our vendor match company’s initial order sent
· Assist with collections when needed for project/service invoices overdue for the location
· Provide IOS warranties to customers when goods are delivered
· Responsible for assisting with IT management including setting up new employee’s computers, communicating with internet/network and phone vendors and working with our outsources IT company on troubleshooting issues.
· Responsible for the shipping management of goods from our business to customers and vendors.
· Plan and execute company events for the location
· Any other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
· At least three years of administrative and clerical experience required
· Construction Industry Experience preferred
· Extensive knowledge of office management procedures
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

· None
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
