Los Blues is a contemporary Indian premium fragrance and lifestyle house — built on cinematic storytelling, craft, and cultural identity. We are launching our SS26 collection and targeting India’s top metros before a global rollout.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, aesthetic-aware Performance Marketer who can manage and scale paid media campaigns across D2C and marketplace channels. You will own the full performance funnel — from acquisition to ROAS optimisation — while keeping the brand’s premium, non-gimmicky visual identity intact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, and YouTube with a monthly ad budget of 50-60 lakh
Drive D2C sales via the Los Blues website and marketplace performance on Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, and Tira
Build and manage audience segmentation, retargeting funnels, and lookalike strategies
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad creatives that align with the brand’s cinematic visual language
Track and report weekly on CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and conversion rates
Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting
Manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and attribution tools
Coordinate with influencer and PR teams to amplify paid reach around launches and drops
Who You Are
1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C beauty, fragrance, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Proven track record of managing 1L–2L/month ad budgets with measurable ROAS outcomes₹₹
Strong understanding of the Indian premium consumer — particularly in beauty and personal care
Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and basic analytics tools
Bonus: experience with Nykaa/Myntra seller ads or quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit/Zepto)
