You already know these principals — you've sold to them, worked alongside them, or earned their trust over years. If selling at the very top of this market is something you do on a first-name basis, read on.

Who we are

InsuredMine is the operating system for independent P&C agencies — the intelligence layer above the management systems they already run (Applied Epic, AMS360, Sagitta, and others), turning agency data into retention and growth. We're bootstrapped, deliberately independent, and already trusted by some of the largest agencies in the US. In a market consolidating fast, we're the platform built for the independent agent.

Why this role exists

We've already won 14 of the top 50. That's the hardest proof to manufacture and we have it. What we need now is someone with the standing to walk into the rest of the top 100 — not to cold-pitch them, but because they already know the people in those rooms. This is a founding enterprise seat with real ownership.

What you'll own

You'll own the top-100 motion end to end: converting our existing marquee logos into references, opening doors at the agencies we don't yet serve, and closing relationship-driven enterprise deals at the highest level of the market. You'll work directly with the founders and define how we sell at this tier.

Who you are

You have current, real relationships with principals, COOs, and heads of operations at top-100-scale P&C agencies — and you can get a meeting this week, not eventually. You've sold or operated at the enterprise end of this market and you understand life inside an AMS viscerally. You sell on trust and track record, not scripts. A bootstrapped, founder-close environment energizes you because it means ownership & flexibility.

This probably isn't you if your relationships are carrier- or MGA-side, or concentrated in the mid-market rather than the top tier, or if you need a large guaranteed base.
