Remote High-Ticket Closer (Real Estate Growth Solutions)

We are a 7+ year established real estate marketing and business growth agency helping top-performing realtors across Canada and the United States generate more listings, buyers, and gross commissions through proven YouTube lead generation systems, AI follow-up, appointment funnels, and client acquisition infrastructure.

We are looking for a hungry, highly driven remote high-ticket closer who thrives in sales conversations and knows how to move qualified prospects toward clear decisions.

This is not a cold calling role.

We fill your calendar with qualified realtor appointments, and your responsibility is simple:

Show up, build trust, diagnose growth gaps, and close qualified real estate professionals into long-term business growth partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with qualified realtors from Canada and the U.S.
• Run Zoom sales consultations with warm booked appointments
• Diagnose lead generation, brand, follow-up, and listing acquisition bottlenecks
• Present our business growth solutions as strategic partnerships
• Help clients increase:
• listing inventory
• buyer pipeline
• in-person consultations
• annual GCI
• Track pipeline stages and follow-ups inside CRM
• Work closely with founders and fulfilment team on handoff

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
