- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, with 8+ years of relevant experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Proven experience delivering production-grade ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable models and insights
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Experience with Python, Databricks, Azure and/or AWS or similar
- Experience with explainability frameworks and model robustness techniques
- Certifications (Azure, AWS, Databricks)
- French is an asset

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a leading aerospace company 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
The Data Scientist will support and evolve a key enterprise initiative, with the opportunity to expand impact across additional business and AI initiatives. This role is hands-on, technical, and strongly embedded with the business. You will work on production-grade machine learning solutions, focusing on explainability, model robustness, performance optimization, and scalable delivery.
